The existing NZBN site was overly technical and hard to follow - two significant negatives, especially considering the time-poor, overwhelmed SMEs who were being asked to engage with it against their preferences.
Working with the NZBN team, BOW improved the navigation to enhance user-friendliness and intuitiveness. We then refreshed the copy to ensure clear, concise communication and optimised the SEO within the current framework
This lead to significantly more business sign-ups to the NZBN website, which became the workhorse of the pandemic. We then went on to re-write a full suite of procurement documents for MBIE.
